On Wednesday afternoon in near perfect conditions, we had cross-country for Middle and Primary School students. Running a course around the Domain, the event got off to a flying start with Years 5 and 6 students leading the way. A good crowd of parents and friends assembled at the cricket pavilion to watch the races and cheer on participants. Congratulations to all competitors for the whole-hearted manner in which you participated and the perseverance especially for those for whom running long distances is a challenge. We extend special congratulations to place-winners at all levels.
