Junior Drama Club performed Drop Dead Juliet this year for their annual production. The play was an adaption of the Romeo and Juliet story that goes well beyond your classic spoof. Juliet has had enough! Enough with the poison, enough with the stabbing, and especially enough with the dying! The play poked fun at the original script and many of Shakespeare’s other plays too. With an added musical interlude at the end of the show, audiences were in stitches. The show was performed to a full house in the Drama room, with many people having to stand to watch the performance! Our Junior Drama students should be incredibly proud of their efforts and the final production which has had excellent feedback from both parents and staff. Bring on 2020!
