Senior students have commenced their school examinations this week. It is important that they are well prepared for the external examinations beginning in October. We encourage parents to support our young people with guidance as to healthy eating, drinking adequate water, getting some moderate exercise and good quality sleep during this period. Now is the time to minimize time spent gaming and to prioritise reviewing notes and/ or completing past papers and exercises. Maintaining a steady revision programme over the coming months will be the key to success.
